Text boxes and password boxes have different border colors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.netaddress.com
2.Look at the input box and the password box
3.

Actual Results:  The Text(username) input box top and left border color is 
darker than the password input box next to it. 

Expected Results:  The widget border colors should match, just like in NS 4, or 
IE

Over to HTML form controls.  The controls in question are _not_ styled, so this 
does not seem to be a dup of the bug about not being able to style <input 
type="text"> controls in quirk documents.
