838685 - [Inari] Unable to change Wallpaper in settings

Unable to change wallpaper in Display settings.  tapping the default images wont select it.

No logcat data shown.

Repro:
1) install a mwc test build on Inari devices 
* Gaia: 3df466a3a11
* BuildID: 20130204095214
2) go to Display > Wallpaper > Select wallpaper
3) Choose one of the default wallpapers to apply
3) Verify tapping your choice will not respond.  i think i had to hammer my finger down with force to finally get it to work.  touch logic is broken here.

Expected:
- Tap and choose a wallpaper item to select it

Actual:
- unable to select default wallpaper from picker

Issue reoccuring in the above build. I had to hammer down my finger several times..
Had this line in RED in logcat :
02-06 16:00:47.656: E/GeckoConsole(1090): [JavaScript Warning: "Unknown property '-moz-align-self'.  Declaration dropped." {file: "resource://gre-resources/ua.css" line: 44}]

and then a couple of green lines and then this as well in RED: 

02-06 16:00:57.546: E/GeckoConsole(497): Content JS LOG at app://system.gaiamobile.org/js/window_manager.js:591 in anonymous: Window Manager: No screenshot in database. This is expected from a fresh installed app.
