I just noticed that nsHTMLTagList.h's header-documentation has several sentences that don't end with a period.  (Noticed this while reviewing bug 838501, since that bug adds a new file for SVG parsing that's based on nsHTMLTagList.h)

Filing this bug on adding periods at the end of those sentences.
