steps to reproduce:
1. Start app purchase for Private Yacht on your unagi phone
2. Enter PIN
3. In the bango screen, change country to "Spain"
4. Enter your SIM phone number- 639311207, select the carrier to "Telefonica" and click continue
5. Notice the error message- "The mobile number you entered doesn't seem to be correct. Tap this message to dismiss"
6. Tap on this error message to dismiss it.

observed behavior:
Tapping on this error message doesn't dismiss it and blcoks the user from completing a purchase.

I can confirm that this is still happening. You may need to be on an unagi phone to reproduce it (that's where I saw it today).

Does it reproduce on the simulator or turkcell maxiplus phone? We are convinced this was fixed two weeks ago becuase we cannot spot any reason in the code that suggest otherwise. 

Can you try to reproduce it and when you tap just leave the phone for a few minutes. We wonder whether it is the phone running slow and not being able to catch up with the processes associated with the screen. No way to fix if it is the phone though.

I can reproduce this issue. I tapped the message and gave it a few minutes. This happened when I hit the "Try again. Tap this message to dismiss" user message from the Confirm your purchase screen.

Is this on Unagi? What environment? stage or dev? Was there any JS error in the log? How did you finally work around it? By closing the payment window and starting over?

This was on unagi and on dev. I didn't see any JS errors in the log but i can check again. I closed the payment window.
For Bango folks: on dev means it is using Bango's test system
