steps to reproduce:
1. Launch marketplace-dev app
2. Purchase an app like Private Yacht
3. After purchase, install the app
4. Navigate back to the details page of that app


expected behavior:
There is a "Write a review" button and the user can add a review

actual behavior:
The "Write a review" button is missing and the user has no way to add a review.

We're very shortly landing some code which refreshes the page after install rather than after purchase. If you cancel the install, you won't be shown the reviews buttons until you either refresh the page, navigate away and return, or install the app.
