Tiling needs to be implemented in the new layers architecture.
It should work at least in b2g before we can land on mozilla-central.
Tiling will (does, mostly) work on Android, not b2g.
Apparently there are some rendering artefacts, but I have not been able to reproduce them. I'm going to fix some other things before I go back to tracking them down.
