This requires:
* Set up waffle switch
* Update view to get data from monolith and chart
Start with only this chart for now:

The data will be dummy data from monolith.

Ok this one is now plugged and works.
The waffle was also added. and most of the querying code happens in https://github.com/mozilla/monolith-client
The other charts under /statistics will be quick to add
