Status update: 

- the monolith dev server is deployed and sucks data out of Google Analytics
- we've got our first end-to-end chart in Marketplace getting data out of monolith (the total visitors)

next steps:

1. plug more sources than GA (Alexis is doing that for the mkt data)

2. plug all charts in /statistics (there's one bug per chart - and it's just a variation of the call to monolith-client in apps.statistics.site_query())

3. move to the other charts in mkt (apps + developers)
