I don't see any image with a black background on that page. Could you provide the image's URL? Anyway, if the image is a GIF, this is probably a dupe of bug 83726 or bug 77914.
It is a comment from Anonymous with this text (just searc for it on the page) "Somehow, I have a felling Matti isn't going to make this point to them though..." In source it is <img src="/images/wink.gif" height=14 width=14>. It is an animated GIF.
