Lets at least manually test this once the window fixes all land. Probably not needed to land the test for 1.14.

We should also add a test here that the frames used by widgets are private or not-private when they are supposed to be.

If it's any help, we added an API that Jetpack is using to restrict widgets from entering private browsing windows in bug 885530, which we test here:

I don't think it makes sense to track Jetpack tests for Australis, unless either (1) something is currently broken or (2) this is highly like to break in the near future.
