When running multiple instances of autophone we need to separate the build cache directory so they do not interfere with each other.

This patch adds a new option --cache-dir which can be used to separate the build directories for multiple instances.

I ran into this with the phones in haxxor and have applied this patch locally and there and it appears to be working fine.
