Details

I'm using Aurora (20a2).
Maybe I'm a jerk or maybe I'm a good tester :), but while I was downloading a file (the adequately sized Libre office suite) I decided to stress test the downloads button by clicking it quickly and repeatedly.  Eventually the downloads panel would no longer display when clicking the button. The time progress still displayed though.
I also tried doing this stress test when the panel was empty and after a completed download, but it did not fail either time. I also tried it on a simple addon button/dropdown in the toolbar. It also did not fail.
Only a restart fixed the problem. I was able to reproduce it a second time using the same scenario.
