Not sure what's going on here, looks like amazingly bad kerning but maybe it's just a missing font or something? Confirmed with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20130208 Firefox/21.0 ID:20130208031053 + PDF.js 0.7.210. The Infobar pops up though.
