As talked with Axel, a list of changesets involving en-US strings is already available and could be useful to localizers in order to track originating bugs for issues. No real idea where a link could be placed. Maybe in the Stats column? H/C/E (History, Comparison, English changes), even if the link would be the same for all data rows.
Trick in the meantime, you can also use the built-in search on hg.m.o, like http://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/log?rev=locales%2Fen-US
I think bug 659449 handles the use-case we had in mind here.
