Steps to reproduce:

Scrolling the upper half of http://falkvinge.net/2013/02/07/court-of-human-rights-convictions-for-file-sharing-violates-human-rights/ is quite slow and choppy with Firefox on both Windows and Linux (forcing hw acceleration on windows did not help).

Both IE9 on Windows and Chrome-25 on Linux scroll completly smooth.

My laptop is powered by a Core 7i-2640M.

The choppy Scrolling seems to be bound to the right Side Widget DIVs being in the Viewport.
