When Wi-Fi hotspot is turned on, it should indicate that it is broadcasting data

After I turned on Wi-Fi hotspot, I don't see anything in the statusbar appearing, that it is turned on. I think the wifi icon should be shown in the statusbar, upside-down. And when some device is making use of the Wi-Fi hotspot, it should give some animation that it is broadcasting data.
