The middle and right columns of the vanguard.com webpage lay out poorly (shoved
over too far to the right, clipping the right imagemap) on all platforms.
Lays out correctly in viewer. Maybe a frameset problem with tables? 6/17/99
build. Tested on mac/win32 (same results).
