So, gene, we need to bigtent production.json file changed to add:
"translation_directory": "/opt/bigtent/static/i18n",

Pushed browserid-bigtent-0.2013.01.17-9.el6_112837.x86_64 to bigtent-yahoo{1,2}. It nominally works, but I'm not seeing French in the UI.

Okay, built and pushed browserid-bigtent-0.2013.01.17-10.el6_112837.x86_64.rpm, which now has L10n support. "Chargement yahoo.com".
