Tony, please give some guidance on the specific changes to happen to the Publish section.

Jen, this should be ready to go. For the "Review criteria" thing, that'll need to be copied off MDN as well, and be removed from there.

Tony, just to confirm 'Hosting' is just the page from Hosted Apps external link, not an internal page. So the link currently goes here https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Tutorials/General/Publishing_the_app and the title is actually 'Publishing the app'. Do you want that title changed on the MDN doc?
