839696 - [crontabber] Visualize crontabber status and dependencies

We need some way to visualize what crontabber is up to. 

1. See how dependencies are tangled
2. See which jobs have failed or are failing
3. Being able to see when certain things happen next

Perhaps the actual visualization of this can happen elsewhere other than in crontabber.
