AFAIK, we don't use this anymore. I'm not sure if this file should be deleted or updated to include the 8.0 sdk paths.

I can't imagine it's useful to anyone outside of releng what with all the hardcoded paths.

SeaMonkey releng relies on this being here too. So I'd prefer/ask that we hold off on removing it.

I didn't realize that. Why isn't SM using 64-bit builders?

Multiple Reasons:

* SeaMonkey is built on community machines, not "MoCo" releng machines
* SeaMonkey does not have any systems imaged with win64
* SeaMonkey runs tests on the same system as it builds on, which means w2k3, which matches relatively closely with what MoCo supports.

We do want to find a solution to match even better, but without more VMs or Hardware thats impossible short term.
