AFAIK, we don't use this anymore. I'm not sure if this file should be deleted or updated to include the 8.0 sdk paths.

I'm fine with deleting it. Maybe there are some people out there who use it though.

I can't imagine it's useful to anyone outside of releng what with all the hardcoded paths.

Multiple Reasons: * SeaMonkey is built on community machines, not "MoCo" releng machines * SeaMonkey does not have any systems imaged with win64 * SeaMonkey runs tests on the same system as it builds on, which means w2k3, which matches relatively closely with what MoCo supports. We do want to find a solution to match even better, but without more VMs or Hardware thats impossible short term.
