Details

Simplify the pan/zoom code and separate the compositor code from the gesture handling code.
Is there more action expected on this bug? Or have things changed enough in APZ that this isn't actionable?
I'm fine with closing this out. We have other cleanup bugs and metabugs filed for specific things in the P&Z component.
