Scrolling on Android (both on nexus S and ASUS TF101) make the position:fixed yellow background visibly appear when scrolling.
There is even some kind of checkboarding happening on the stripped background.

I think this might either be a mild case of bug 838283, or a less mild case of bug 792415. Or something new entirely, it's hard to say exactly...

I don't have a phone that is slow enough to show checkers anymore, so I doubt the bug would be visible even if it still existed.
