Steps to reproduce:
On Home page of http://www.europlastproekt.by site floating panel on top flying well when scrolling down but leaves dirty traces when scrolling up:-(
Actual results:
It worked fine with previous version of FireFox and it worked in all other browsers. Then I tested on InternetExplorer 9, Opera 12, Google Chrome 24 - it's ok - no traces
Expected results:
It should be no traces in Firefox too

Reproduced the issue for Firefox 18.0.2 (20130201065344).
Works as expected in Latest Nightly (20130218031106), Latest Aurora (20130218042018) and Firefox 19.0 RC (20130215130331) with a clean profile.

I don't see the floating panel on this site anymore. The bug is supposedly fixed anyway :)
