840471 - Discovery pane's error page should have a more accurate message when mixed content is encountered

Bug 840388 makes it so the discovery pane will show it's error page when mixed content is encountered. When that happens, the last sentence of the error page to say something about an issue with the page, rather than possibly an issue with the person's internet connection.

Note: In theory, that should never happen anyway... so this ends up being a just-in-case fallback for the case of security (if AMO is ever compromised).
