Details

There are situations where the plugin tag for the plugin is not found while in nsPluginHost::StopPluginInstance(). Bug 752422 got a band-aid patch for the resulting crash, but that situation shouldn't have occured in the first place. See e.g. bp-43c33492-9865-48a2-89df-ccf802120506.

Resolving as wont fix, plugin support deprecated in Firefox 85.
