We should start using the builds from pvtbuilds instead of releases as soon as possible.
Vivien just asked me to add a GAIA_OPTIMIZE=1 flag to the releases.m.c builds, which I've done. We shouldn't switch the perf jobs to pvtbuilds until I can get this added to those as well. I'll file a bug about this shortly.

No, it's just something that needs to be defined when the build is made.
