Details
Build: 5/30
Platform: All
Expected Results: New window should be opened.
What I got: Command - N doesn't open a new window.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Mozilla
2) Close default browser window from either command -w or file "close" menu.
3) Now, press command -N to open a new window.
4) A new window is not opened.
5) Note: Apply focus to File menu by clicking on. Mouse up and now press command
-N again. This time the window opens.
