The PageActions menu is not currently working in Metro, and several items are broken and/or duplicated in the context app bar. We should remove the items that are definitely unwanted. Soon we should get rid of this menu entirely if we don't decide to use it for anything, but I want to migrate a few useful methods and strings out of there first rather than delete them just to re-add them aftwerward.
