We have a bunch of images that don't appear anywhere in the UI; some of them aren't even included in the build. Two of these images (homescreen-*.png) were used for creating homescreen shortcuts on Android from the bookmark context menu. This code isn't used on Metro, so I removed the code along with the images. header.css was also not used anywhere. (In Fennec it was used for some of our about: pages.)
