Observed on the build 2001060308. I tried to reply to Ben's newsgroup message about prefs UI, which was cross-posted. When the Reply window came up, it only contained one of the newsgroups he posted to (whereas he posted to about 8, only 1 of them was listed in my window)! Making this a blocker, since I'm pretty sure Reply is a vital area of Mailnews.
Making smoketest blocker. Please remove if this is wrong!

My bad! Sorry! Ben had set the followup-to: header to that newsgroup. (I thought followup-to handling was not implemented? <shrug>) Invalidating the bug, sorry for the inconvenience.

Followup-to: <newsgroup> works fine. It's Followup-to: poster that isn't implemented yet. (bug #3745)
