84114 - Mozilla on-the-fly theme swapping bugs.

Two annoying bugs occur when swapping Mozilla themes on the fly.  The first (and
less severe) is that the URL bar is not propely redrawn (Classic to Modern).

The second, and much more annoying, is that changing the themes breaks middle
click functionality on Linux!  Agh!  The 'Open in New Window' button is used
more than the clickthrough in my browsing habits, so this is really
annoying/frustrating.  Since the problem goes away if I restart the browser, I
assume this is caused by the code which flushs and redraws the UI in thu theme
manager.

Build 2001060421 under Slackware Linux.
