1. flash device
2. set up language to be pt-BR
3. go to the import contacts portion of the FTE
4. import from sim
## Expected :
progress should be in pt-BR
## Actual :
it's in english
## Note :
1. didn't look at code, not sure, but I think it's a locale bug?

Oh! Filing under l10n doesn't give you b2g blocking flag.
