User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/19.0 Build ID: 20130206083616 Steps to reproduce: My issue was listed, but marked as Resolved. It is not resolved for me, and others are marked closed so I am raising a new ticket. In Thunderbird, I dragged emails in an IMAP Sent folder into a Thunderbird POP folder. This always works until just now. Actual results: In the process, Thunderbird hung (hang log attached). After I rebooted the computer and relaunched Thunderbird, I attempted to send a new email via reply to an existing IMAP message. A dialog said "Message sent successfully" followed by "Copying to Sent Folder". This latter step never completed. When I checked the IMAP Sent folder, it was empty of all the previous emails I had tried to copy above, and there was no sign of the new message. Expected results: Mail should never be deleted from the IMAP server until it has successfully completed download into Thunderbird and acknowledged as having been saved intact. Instead, in this case, all the Sent mail, some of which included legal conclusion of a contract, was lost.
Have you hung before when doing this? How many message did you drag? Was it a "move" drag, or a copy drag? Can you reproduce this?
