Link Properties' "Link Text" doesn't have correct BiDi

Details
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Start Composer.
2. Enter one or more Hebrew words.
3. Highlight the Hebrew words.
4. Right-click the highlighted words and select Create Link from the menu.
5. Watch the "Link Text" section of the dialog box. Move the dialog out of the
view (by dragging it's window off-screen) and back again. Notice how the string
reverses with each such forced redraw.
Actual result: With each redraw, the string is reversed again.
Expected result: Proper BiDi.
