Steps to reproduce:

Start Firefox 18, 19 beta, 20 aurora under win7x64.

CPU AMD A10 4 core, drive C - ssd, RAM 8gb 1800MGz


Actual results:

Firefox starts very slowly every restart. > 7 sec


Expected results:

Firefox just starts by 0.5-3sec, as usually

1) in safe mode: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

2) with a new profile: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

1) Safe mode has no effects. I had same freeze before i've seen popup of choise safe mode
2) New profile has no effects. Same freeze
