Tested in unagi with Gecko-8ed37c2.Gaia-21cedfd.

STR:
1-With the phone in spanish, go to settings
2-Open Cellular & Data
3-Switch the data roaming toggle on

Expected result --> A new screen telling the user additional charges may apply should be shown in spanish

Actual result --> A new screen telling the user additional charges may apply should be shown in english

I'm not making statements on getting strings localized on any particular date in general.

That said, I expect that this string is actually localized already, http://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/es/diff/8ed738c3aba5/apps/settings/settings.properties. I'd need better input which build from where and when to nail down, and the exact English string. Screenshot would work.

removing late-l10n keyword, as that means something else, and yes, post coming up on what it should mean.

I think that the fact that a whole screen is not localized should firstly be a blocker for Mozilla not for your partners. Anyhow, IIRC I think this screen is a request from other of your partners (not Telefónica).
