Updating from a nightly build from 10th February loses the default theme. A fresh installation of the latest nightly contains the theme.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download a February 10th build from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2013/02/
2. Install and start Firefox
3. Navigate to Addons Manager > Themes
4. Default Theme should be listed
5. Nightly > About Nightly to trigger an update
6. Restart to apply update

Expected:
Default Theme is still listed

Actual:
Default Theme is missing

Builds from the 11th seem to include the default theme before/after updating. Given this regression range, I suspect bug 755724.
