Details

I asked T-Mobile to send an SMS to reset my password, the SMS never arrived. I was not on a call, nor using data. This is on a 'herring' Nexus-S - I built it myself. the build is about 10 days ago. Build ID: 30130204183920

I will update my phone today and then update this bug after testing.
This one seems a dupe to bug 839401. Please up-dupe this if you don't agree. Thanks!
