weblb[1-2].ops.phx1.mozilla.net can't be kickstarted because they can't reach http://mrepo.mozilla.org. Please open any required flows so servers in vlan 6 can be kickstarted, which I believe are port 80 and 443.
I should mention that mrepo is fronted by Zeus and at the moment, pp-zlb09.phx.mozilla.net if that makes a difference.
vlan6 was previously the defacto kickstarting network and already has mrepo flows and nat set for it, so this should be working. what error are you getting? can you ping me tomorrow to debug?

figured out it was :ericz trying to use http for mrepo, which, according to https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/NETOPS/Standard+Network+Flows was not supposed to be in use, as of aug 30. somehow, it snuck back in use. i re-added http to phx1's mrepo policy. most zones in phx1 wouldn't have been impacted because they have full internet access.
