This's probably a GTK problem, but only the FF devs can investigate and report the issue, therefore I report it here.

When the context menu is relatively longer cause of addons, sometimes on right clicking on the page, the context menu appears to be 'under' the mouse pointer; on releasing the right click button, it may happen that one of the entries of the context menu gets unintentionally clicked.

This problems appears on the right most point of the browsing area and almost all the time with flash applets.
