STR Help -> troubleshooting information click about memory it doesn't open and wants to be saved but the file being saved is empty and doesn't contain the information. Make getting information about memory difficult.
WFM on win7 2013-02-15 build what's in the error console? what do you mean by "wants to be saved"? Is it try to save, or read like the "read reports from a file" button?
