84182 - bad rendered pages when logged into sunsolve

Go to http://sunsolve.sun.com and log in using 'Login' button on left. Once
logged in, the top navigation bar which includes a drop-down list and a search
entry is mangled... the center of the page is rendered correctly, but off to the
right.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://sunsolve.sun.com
2. log in using user id 'mozilla-test' and password 'mozilla'
   when the dialog box pops up
3. look at the funny page afterwards

Actual Results:  Once logged in, the top navigation bar which includes a
drop-down list and a search entry is mangled... the center of the page is
rendered correctly, but off to the right.

I normally use Junkbuster, but I tested this on a machine with and without it,
and the top is still mangled. I set up an account on Sunsolve called
'mozilla-test' to assist in shooting this bug.

I just checked with the Win32 build of 2001060604 and the bug exhibits itself
there also...

I don't know what it happened, but when I checked using Linux build #2001092521,
Sunsolve now renders correctly. The javascript-created dropdown at the top of
the page still doesn't appear correctly, but it does function correctly. I'll
check with the latest Windows build when I am able...

Just tried it with the Windows build 2001092603 - sunsolve works there also.
