steps to reproduce: 1. Click on the purchase button for Private Yacht 2. Sign in as a new user 3. Create PIN 4. When asked to confirm PIN, enter an incorrect value. expected behavior: Error message says "PIN doesn't match" as per mocks observed behavior: Error message says "Incorrect PIN"

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=837163 I changed them all. It seems we need two different error messages. I'll fix this.
