I wanted to print a page


Actual results:

There were no graphics.


Expected results:

The page should display all graphics.

Ralf: Do you also speak English? Normally we use English on bugzilla.mozilla.org (but I happen to speak German as well :).
Hast du die Adresse einer Internetseite, bei der dieses Problem auftritt? Fehlen die Grafiken nur auf dem Ausdruck selbst oder auch in der Druckvorschau?

Ich mache meine Übersetzungen mit Google. 
Beim Kopieren des Textes habe ich wohl die falsche Seite genommen.

Bei jedem Angebot was ich bei Ebay ausdrucken möchte.

Sowohl in der Druckvorschau als auch im Ausdruck selber.

Es gibt aber auch andere Darstellungsfehler.

Ok, so the issue here seems to be: Printing a website with images (Ebay item like http://www.ebay.de/itm/Malachitglas-Schildkrote-als-Deckeldose-Gablonz-Jablonek-ca-70er-Jahre-/321074022459?pt=Glas_Kristall&hash=item4ac180c83b) results in one missing image (the image near the top of the ebay page) in print preview and on the printout. The image seems to be loaded via JavaScript. For me it seems to make a difference if I enable "Print Background" or not. This is not an issue for me though in Firefox. Maybe this is some SeaMonkey bug after all (and Phoenix tested some old Firefox version ;) as it works in Firefox Nightly for me. In SeaMonkey it only works when I enable "Print Background" in Page Setup.

I don't think we run JS when printing, so that missing image is expected then.

For me ebay pages now look ok in Print Preview in SeaMonkey (even without Print Background). Maybe the bug is just gone? Not sure about JavaScript on printing..

Thanks. Print Preview of the URL in comment 6 WFM in Nightly on Linux too, so I think
we can resolve this bug.  Please file a new bug if the problem still occurs in a recent
version of Firefox / SeaMonkey.
