User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20130201065344 Steps to reproduce: I downloaded and installed real downloader. When I watch a video on you tube a tab is supposed to show up at the top of the video when you run the mouse over the video and can be clicked to save the video. Actual results: NOthing. Expected results: The tab should have showed up when the mouse ran over the video.
Are you sure it's an issue about Firefox? Did you report the issue to the editor RealNetworks?
Yes I put this on the downloader web site. I also uninstalled and reinstalled realdownloader, restarted firefox and restarted windows and it worked. I also did some of that before and it didn't work. BUT... now there's a new problem! After saving a few videos they won't play!
Ok, but your 2nd issue is not about Firefox so I close it. Don't be hesitant to use the official support board about support requests, it's more appropriate than Bugzilla: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions
