about:downloads should have a recognizable favicon Steps to reproduce 1. Go to "about:downloads" in a new tab 2. Notice that the page has no favicon, only the dashed outline that pages with no favicon show (such as about:blank) The page should of course have a favicon representing downloads, perhaps similar to the button shown in the toolbar.
