Tested in unagi with Gecko-0ecc076.Gaia-4164424. STR: 1-Open cost control app when no mobile coverage or airplane mode enabled, with a prepaid VIVO SIM card 2-Try to topup with code, update balance or topup and pay Expected result --> An alert screen should be shown with the following message: "No coverage, top-up not possible" or similar Actual result --> You can "update" balance, and "topup"... but is not working
This does not appear to be critical and error messages in topup/update can be cost control version-next. The user will have indications that they are in airplane mode or without data connection, which will have to suffice for v1

When there is no coverage it is possible to introduce a valid topup code and press Send key, but nothing happens, no error warning or whatever. Bug seen with Leo, testrun3 build. Test case id: #5493
Specification says, if there is a failure sending, the following message must be displayed: "There was a problem sending the code. Please try again." After landing 882656, it is solved.

Hi John, This is still happening. When the device is in airplane mode and user introduces a valid topup code and press on Send, no warning or error messsage is shown, nothing happens. Tested with unagi device V1-train 07/17 build: Gecko-2d17cfb Gaia-c506c50 ref.ril Adding ni Salva as per comment 3 this should has been fixed when that bug landed. Thanks
