In my slightly altered test case, I also list tabs after 1 second, and the ghost tabs already appear at that point. The dev impact of this is that add-ons that iterate over lists of tabs will need to account for these extra entries in the list. Also, unsure if we're leaking objects here, or just list entries that go nowhere.

**WARNING** running this add-on will prevent you from opening any additional tabs, **including the about:addons tab**, so don't close the builder tab or it'll be more difficult than it needs to be to get rid of it.
