To repro:

addressbar:  chrome://browser/content/browser.xul

Inspect any toolbarbutton

Note:  there is no hint that toolbarbutton-icon toolbarbutton-text etc exist.  

(these are http://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/toolkit/content/widgets/toolbarbutton.xml#l20 and similar).

Why fix this?

* This is part of killing DOMi :)  
* There are NO DOCS on the XBL bits of the widgets, yet they cause complications in experimenting on UI.
